Welcome to pure relaxation.  This oceanfront estate has ocean views all around, and every bedroom is a suite with a bathroom.  You can also enjoy an elevated pool, a kiddie pool/fun deck spa with a tanning ledge on the first-floor deck, oversized decks, a rooftop deck with a hot tub, an elevator, and even an electric car charging station.  With 10 king-bedroom suites, everyone will feel like royalty while relaxing in complete southern hospitality.  Five of the 10 king-bedroom suites have direct ocean views.  The kids are still remembered, as the three bunk rooms are super fun, with multiple beds in each room.  This home has an oversized chef's kitchen with double everything - double convection ranges, double convection microwaves, double dishwashers, and double refrigerators with ice makers. Gaze out over the ocean while nestling at the oceanfront coffee bar with oversized windows.  Dining in Suite Emotion will be like no other experience, as you are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, allowing you to soak in the endless ocean views.  Relax in the spacious family gathering room with oversized couches and comfortable chairs.  Sit back and put your feet up while you sip your favorite beverage and take in the long-range ocean views.  Spend time on one of the oversized covered porches and experience ocean breezes whisking through your hair and breathing in the healing salt air.  For those who want to be able to separate while you are still together, there is another family gathering room just off the pool deck on the first level equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker.  It's a great place to get away and entertain by the pool.  Out on the pool deck, you can enjoy the large covered area and a large sundeck, all elevated to take in the ocean views.  Remember to bring your feast to prepare on the double charcoal grills.  This home has an hot/cold outdoor shower, a foot wash station to leave the sand outside, and a storage room underneath to store all your beach toys and chairs.  You will surely notice the triple tankless water heaters because no one will get a cold shower (unless they want one, of course). There is double the capacity to do your laundry with two washers and two dryers.  The owners of this home paid particular attention to details, including extensive moldings, unique tile work in each bathroom, and beautiful granite throughout the house.  Unforgettable is the only way to describe this home, as it is the perfect setting for any family's beach vacation or your special event (additional fee for events).  Conveniently located near the Oak Island Pier in the former Yaupon Beach area of Oak Island, you can stroll down to the pier and see what they are catching or play volleyball at one of the town's courts beside the dock.  Come and experience Oak Island's Suite Emotion and find yourself in a luxury bed, longing to stay forever!

Thank you for your fast response to our requests. You did a good job. You were the best property managers i have experienced. I have 2 rental s at home and manage them myself as a good property manager doesnt exist where I am. It would have been nice to have beach towels since we came from Ca. But I assume local renters probably know to bring them. I was upset that the pool was not heated when we arrived but happy that someone came in 10 minutes to get it started. The place was clean and that takes a lot of work with all of the sand that comes in over a week. Kay made arrangements for us to have a noon check out and it helped change the morning from a manic rush to get out to a relaxed morning. Thank you.

The girls at Better Beach Rentals were very accommodating. They were quick to answer our questions and offer all the help they could. Even sent a list of restaurants in the area for our 27 ladies to choose from. Even after we checked in and had a few housekeeping issues and maintenance issues they were quick to respond and get these issues resolved. Great company to book through. Hope to book again next year.
