A spectacular Oceanfront 10-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home with an elevated swimming pool on the second-floor deck. There is plenty of parking. Eight of the ten bedrooms have bathrooms, and two share a bath. This floor plan is inverted with six bedrooms on the 2nd level, a second living area, and an entertainment center with a mini kitchenette leading to the large deck and swimming pool. You will feel like you are in your theater while gazing at the massive 98-inch TV in the great room. Three of the bedrooms on the second level have private balconies. The three other bedrooms, each with its balcony, are on the third level, with the kitchen and living area maximizing the magnificent views at this quiet end of the island. A back deck off the living and kitchen area offers more outdoor seating and views. An elevator is included with this magnificent home. The home has beautiful architecture and finishes by the Isenhour Homes construction company. Dog Friendly.

The kitchen is not very well stocked with mixing bowls and containers. The entry to the attic in the upstairs blows open if the sliding door is open on a cool windy day. Then when it heats up, heat pours through the ceiling into the upstairs hallway. There needs to be a latch on better holder on this ceiling hatch. This happens every time we come.The upstairs bedroom that is to the left of the elevator has a door that won't stay closed. It's because the hole for the latch is not aligned. This needs to be fixed. Every year when we come we hope that this is fixed. The person who stays in this room has to wedge something in the door to keep it closed.Otherwise, we love this house and all its room and the view!
