Located next to Atlantic Waves another 7 Bedroom 6.5 bath twin home. What sets this home apart is its location. There is privacy, it is quiet without the hustle and bustle of traffic going by, and the added enjoyment of the marsh views. This home features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two microwaves, two living rooms, and two sets of washers and dryers, There is additional parking for your boat or extra guests. There is an elevator to all floors. The island has plenty to offer and things to do. It has a golf course, skate park, mini-golf and arcade, restaurants, ice cream shops, a grocery store and a new Publix is coming, a splash pad for the kids, parks, fishing either onshore or one of our piers, nature trails, multiple beach accesses, Ocean access, inlet access, and the Intercoastal waterway accesses as well. This home is not far from the new bridge which allows easy access to leaving the island. You can go and enjoy the shops and dining close to Southport nestled in where the Cape Fear River, Intercoastal waterway, and the Ocean meet. The views are breathtaking. From there you can take a Ferry either to beautiful Bald Head Island for a day trip or a Ferry to Ft. Fisher and visit the aquarium. The North Carolina Battleship is a favorite destination in nearby downtown Wilmington and Myrtle Beach is just South for even more to do.

There was only one toaster, and it was not huge, and this was a complaint for some. Having a larger one, or one with more room would be helpful when making breakfast for 15 people.

Need you brooms for the house. The vacuum and the brooms would not get the dirt off of the floors. We had water bugs this time for the first time. They did come and spray for them. Air conditioner on the top floor stopped working on Sunday. You did bring window units and that helped. Someone came to work on the unit but did not tell us what was wrong with the air and it went out again on Wednesday. When I called on Wednesday I was told we were second on the workers schedule to come and fix the air. I was told the coil had to be replaced and the part would not be in until Saturday.

What an amazing place! The beach is within walking distance and the pool is such a great addition. The home is very spacious and able to accommodate large families/friends. Love the kitchen and all the space. Will definitely return!
