A convenient elevator on the car park level helps move your luggage and groceries in with ease! This elevator goes to all floors. Enter into the Great Room where you can curl up and host game nights and movie nights or enjoy your cocktail of choice. The large kitchen has space to cook and entertain anything from a casual dinner to a Thanksgiving meal. On the main level you will also find a Master Bedroom and Master Bath, a serene and luxurious getaway with a king memory foam bed, raised ceilings, masterful tile work surrounding the shower and tub. The second bedroom on this level is also an oasis of its own with a Queen memory foam bed and balcony with views of the Inter-coastal Waterway. The third floor houses another ocean facing Master Bedroom with a King memory foam bed and a Master Bath with granite counter-tops and tile-work that is sure to please. The third floor has a total of 4 bedrooms and laundry room: two with ocean views, and two with views of the Inter-coastal Waterway.
