Wonderful rental home for our family reunion beach week. Beautifully decorated throughout. A very well stocked kitchen for our large group 2 coffee makers, plenty of dishes and tableware & the ice machine was a great addition! Decks & pool area were great offering vista views up & down the beach plus had plenty of seating. Have already booked for next year.

Property was wonderful with room for everyone. We had a fantastic week. The gazebo was a perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Our personal comments would be to request more table surfaces for puzzles and games and a broom. Also wanted to let you know the edges of the new deck around the pool are very sharp and sliced multiple people and kids hands and feet. I have rental houses as well so wanted to note that there was a loose tile in the bathroom that connects to the hall and the coral bedroom and the filter in that tub was growing icky stuff. Hope this helps maintain the property since we plan to come back!

We love this house and have rented it since the first year it was open for rental. We'll be back next year...our 40th consecutive year coming to Long Beach/Oak Island !!!
