great location, great view, enjoyed table on porch, everyone liked having their own bathroomthere was no furniture on the top deck at the rear, the chest of drawers in the upper level rear bedroom had a few drawers that did not work, the bathrooms need more towel hooks, it seems like there are not enough towels (we brought some from home - we had the same problem last year)We had rain for a few days and there was about a foot of water in front of the house and at the end of our driveway - that is the main negative for our trips to Oak Island - one person had a hard time leaving Friday night due to the flooded areaThe service provided by Better Beach Rentals was great - when we arrived the elevator did not work and we did not have hot water - the service people were prompt and friendly
