Beautiful home and perfect for large family gathering. We did have some issues with hot tub cleaning company Blue Water and not cleaning it as expected. Cost me additional for adding chemicals because we had nothing in it. Had to allow grand kids to enjoy. Would choose this home again for location, size and accommodations. Very responsive with any issue we had other than hot tub cleaning company. They only use chlorine in the pool so nothing else such as PH or Alkaline matters apparently. Beautiful home and location for my family. I know I speak a lot of the hot tub concerns but I am an honest person that was taken by Blue Water. This will never happen again but it is no reflection to me of Better Beach. Beautiful home but $400 is still $400 and I have worked hard to enjoy this type of accommodation.

First and foremost, we love the house and will rent it again.Issues: Had to call maintenance to attend to rotting fish in trash cans. Also, hot tub was full of sand. Maintenance did attend to both issues. It would be nice if the sand could be blown off of the carport area underneath to keep sand out of the hot tub and tracking it in the house. The furnishings are getting to be a bit worn and stained. Comments are not complaints but observations. House was very clean.

Our Group really likes the property, location, proximity to the beach, decor and layout of home. The bedding needs to be upgraded, especially the pillows. Needs a working can opener A light in the stairwell so that you can see the key pad would be great. Overall, excellent experience

House was everything mentioned in the description and more! A quiet cul-de-sac, friendly neighbors and a pool created a vacation paradise!! To top it off a short walk to a fantastic beach. What a way to enjoy a week with 11 family members!!Special thanks to Better Beach Rentals for assisting and securing this home for our stay.
