Paradise by the Sea is an amazing House! As you already know. Being a neighbor and watching all the families enjoy the house, I can now be included in the number to state, we love the house as well! Please note, one bedroom in the house on the second floor with bunk beds the AC was not sufficient. You are missing some essential pans, frying and sauces pans. Dishwasher is not working properly. Back yard needed to be mowed and sprayed. The house is a 10 out of 10. The Warren clan had a great time!

It was a pleasure to return to this property. It fits and is becoming a standard for my family. The house was available at the right time, pool was clean, hot tub was perfect, most appliances as expected. We really enjoyed our stay. All encountered were polite and professional. There are a few items that did not deter us from celebrating mom's 90th birthday!, but required attention:Kitchen faucet/ kitchen trash drawer off track/ one ice maker inoperable/ one eye on stove clicks continuously when lit/ blender pitcher missing/ dust flowing from majority ceiling fans, mattresses on sleeper sofas were HORRIBLE/ no ADA toilets-showers (larger rooms!)/ bulbs missing from one upstairs bedroom lamp/ 1 chair foot rail broken. Always happy to assist with providing assistance to maintain and improve. Thanks for having us. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and very accommodating for hosting big gatherings. Pool and hot tub were very satisfying.
