This oceanfront estate has it all with ocean views all around; an elevated pool and oversized pool deck; an elevator; and even an electric car charging station. With five king bedrooms, everyone will enjoy their privacy while relaxing in complete serenity. Five king bedrooms have direct ocean views and porches. The kids are not forgotten, as the bunk rooms are super fun with multiple beds in both rooms. There is even a great suite in the tower room on the main living level. This home is loaded with an oversized chef's kitchen with high-end Cafe` appliances - a refrigerator with built-in Keurig and hot water dispenser, beverage center, and wine cooler - Double oven convection range with built-in air fryer, microwave, and dishwasher. Gaze out over the ocean waters while nestling up to the oceanfront coffee bar with oversized windows. Relax in the oversized family gathering rooms' spacious sectional sofa and comfortable swivel chairs. This main sitting area is surrounded by nothing but ocean views, making you feel as if you are literally floating on the water. You will not want to miss this extra special space as your stress just melts away every second that you take in the panoramic view. Sit back and put your feet up while you sip your favorite beverage and take in the long-range ocean views. Don't forget to spend time on one of the oceanfront decks, the ocean breezes whisking through your hair and breathing in the healing salt air. For those who want to be able to separate while you are still together, there is another family gathering room just off the pool deck on the first level. This room is equipped with a large Smart TV, microwave, and 30 cubic foot refrigerator with double ice makers. This special refrigerator also makes craft ice for those special cocktails. You will want to take advantage of this feature. This 2nd family room is a great place to get away and entertain by the pool. Out on the pool deck, you can enjoy the large covered area, as well as a large sundeck, all elevated so you can experience the magnificent ocean views. Don't forget to bring your feast to prepare on the double charcoal grills. This home is equipped with an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower larger enough for the entire family and a foot wash station at the bottom of the beachside stairs so you can leave the sand outside. You are sure to notice the high-capacity tankless hot water heaters because no one will be getting a cold shower (unless they want one, of course). Also, there is double the capacity to do your laundry with two large washers and dryers. The owners of this home paid special attention to details with extensive moldings, unique tile work in each bathroom, and beautiful granite throughout the house. The only thing that was not as expected, and it was hard to tell by pictures, Is that for an 8 bedroom house, the family living area was small. It was more suited for a 5 to 6 bedroom home. We felt crowded in it when we were all together.
