Boasting 14 bedroom suites with their own private bath, plus 2 powder rooms, this spectacular new construction home offers a oasis for a perfect and luxurious getaway to the beach! In addition, this home features not one but 2 living areas, with the smaller living space offering a kitchenette just off the large elevated pool deck on the first level. It makes for a quick and easy way to grab snacks and drinks as you enjoy a fun-filled day by the pool and spa, plus offers a great space for anyone to hangout and watch TV. So much space that everyone is sure to be pleased! The 1st level also houses 6 bedroom suites with private baths.
