This house was wonderful. Everything was brand new, great location to the beach, comfortable and well-decorated. If there is a phase 2 of building, it would be nice to have a roof over the top floor patio; otherwise, you really can't sit out there without the heat and the sun until the sun sets. The only other things that would improve the stay would be to figure out how to get the fitted sheets to stay on the beds (they are comfortable and have a pillow top on the mattress, but they're just a touch too full so every time you think about rolling over they pop off. Maybe get sheets one size up?) Also, there wasn't a broom or dust pan to sweep the sand off the wood floors. Other than that, it's great!

This house is stunning! It is clearly brand new and the owners have thought of just about everything: Nice sized bedrooms with scenic views from each room; large bathrooms and showers; comfy furniture; and cute decor. We had a fantastic time and will be back again! The only things we could come up with as far as a wish list goes would be to have a broom and dust pan so we wouldn't have had to buy one; come up with some solution for the fitted sheets because they popped off any time you thought about turning over (they must be slightly oversized with the pillow topper?) and for phase 2 if there is one, a covered top deck, so that when eating breakfast or lunch, you could do so on the deck and be shaded. But really, that's being picky... we had no complaints!
