This stunning oceanfront home has a fantastic elevated in-deck swimming pool uniquely designed with an extended deck over the sand dunes allowing you to feel like you are part of the action on the beach.

Boasting a large living room off the pool deck, as well as another family area upstairs with its own wet bar, this lovely home meets all your needs.  The home also features a spacious kitchen, large flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms. Multiple large oceanfront decks completely expand your living space so enjoy the scenic views from inside and out. 

 
Five of the bedrooms are suites with their own private baths.  Two of these bedrooms are true luxury master suites with large custom tile showers.  The final two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a large double vanity.  Space is definitely not a problem here!  Each master bedroom has a king bed.  The bedroom downstairs has 2 bunk beds double over double, perfect for a small family or kids (this room sleeps 8).

For your convenience, this home is stocked with toilet tissue and dishwasher tabs upon arrival.  For your pleasure, premium grade linens are provided.

- Loved the house. It would be nice to have some more floor mats, especially by the exterior doors to help stop tracking sand into the house. The location is awesome, and the pool was great. We have already reserved a week for next year.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. It was awesome to walk right off the deck into the ocean. The pool was also perfect for our group. The home was clean however the oven did not work. It did get warm, but took much longer than normal to bake anything. Overall it was a nice experience.

This home had everything you needed . Two large refrigerators, two coffee pots and a keurig. The decks were a bit small for a full house and could use some lounging chairs . Overall the place was wonderful. Thank you !

We are just finishing up our weeks stay in Cordoba. We like it so much we hope to book it next year, also.The pool being elevated and on the ocean is great for all the grandkids we have with us. We enjoy listening to the ocean waves at night while sitting outside by the pool. A couple more chairs on the lower deck would be nice.The house is big enough for all 21 of us and having two large tables in the dining area makes eating together possible.In addition Better Beach Rental responded quickly and pleasantly to any needs we had.I highly recommend this rental
