This stunning oceanfront home has a fantastic elevated in-deck swimming pool uniquely designed with an extended deck over the dunes, allowing you to feel like you are part of the action on the beach.
Boasting a large living room off the pool deck, as well as another family area upstairs with its wet bar, this lovely home meets all your needs.  The home also features a spacious kitchen, a large flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms. Multiple large oceanfront decks completely expand your living space so that you can enjoy the scenic views from inside and out.   
Five of the bedrooms are suites with their private baths.  Two of these bedrooms are true luxury master suites with extensive custom tile showers. The final two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a large double vanity.  Space is not a problem here!  Each master bedroom has a king bed.  The bedroom downstairs has 2 bunk beds, double over double, perfect for a small family or kids (this room sleeps 8).
For your convenience, this home is stocked with toilet tissue and dishwasher tabs upon arrival.  For your pleasure, premium-grade linens are provided.
 
Twin home is next door, "Savannah".....in case you need two homes side-by-side for a wedding or family event.

During this visit we had a family member pass away, Julie and the staff at Better Beach Rental went out of there way to assist us in this time of difficulty. Julie reached out to the travel insurance company for us to see what coverage was available for this event (something we would have not thought of). The staff provided lunch for our family (8) and stayed in contact with us to see if we need any assistance. although this was a very difficult time, the staff made it a bit better. We will use them again and always get the travel insurance it is well worth the cost just in case something should happen.

We enjoyed our stay. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room. We chose this house because we needed this many separate bedrooms. The best part was the heated pool. everyone enjoyed it. The location was great! There were a few things (mentioned below) that could have made the house a little nicer especially for the cost. We very much enjoyed out stay and would stay there again. These suggestions would just make it even better.

This house was perfect for our stay. So close to the beach. The bedrooms worked well with our family. The only downside was the water bugs they weren't horrible but feel like with rentals they should treat better for them. And the grill was like one you would find in a park. Very hard to cook for a lot of people. But other than that that everything was wonderful.

My one complaint is a property that can sleep 20 - but can only seat 7 in the tv room is a little off. I appreciated the extension on the heating of the pool due to minor glitch when payment was made. We've been coming to Oak Island since 2005. Let me just say this -my experience with Better Beach Rentals is far and above in service, helpfulness, fairness and accommodating their client than Oak Island Accommodations. Going forward hoping to use only Better Beach Rentals.

Wonderful property. A few items need attention. Neither refrigerator ice maker worked. We did report it and a technician did look at it and suggested that the water line was frozen. That may have been true but they never made ice before we left. A few of the pickets in the fence around the pool are loose and need to be replaced or refastened. We have two small grandchildren so this was a real concern for us.

Overall the property was great. There are a few things that need to be addressed:Dryer takes about 2-3 cycles to dry one load of clothes.Dishwasher does not do a good job of washing dishes.No working ice maker.Light bulb in shower needs replacing. (Upstairs ocean side bedroom)

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. It was awesome to walk right off the deck into the ocean. The pool was also perfect for our group. The home was clean however the oven did not work. It did get warm, but took much longer than normal to bake anything. Overall it was a nice experience.

This home had everything you needed . Two large refrigerators, two coffee pots and a keurig. The decks were a bit small for a full house and could use some lounging chairs . Overall the place was wonderful. Thank you !

We are just finishing up our weeks stay in Cordoba. We like it so much we hope to book it next year, also.The pool being elevated and on the ocean is great for all the grandkids we have with us. We enjoy listening to the ocean waves at night while sitting outside by the pool. A couple more chairs on the lower deck would be nice.The house is big enough for all 21 of us and having two large tables in the dining area makes eating together possible.In addition Better Beach Rental responded quickly and pleasantly to any needs we had.I highly recommend this rental
