Love the layout and bed configuration of the house. Elevator ran well. Location is great. Elevator door knob on first floor has sharp edges due to corrosion and needs to be sanded or replaced. The chairs on top porch and the dining table appear to have been DIY finished. The table quickly discolors with any heat, and the porch chairs left paint residue on some clothes. Suggest printed checkout instructions.

This is our third year staying at C-side Place. Love the location, elevator, and views from the deck. We rebooked for next year.
