A "twin sister" home to its neighbor, Beach Landing Too, is truly spectacular.  This 7-bedroom, 6.5 bath oceanfront home will have you "landing" in beach paradise inside and out.  The luxury this new home offers is unlike any other, in addition to the most breathtaking ocean view sunrises and sunsets you've ever experienced in your life right on your doorstep!  Boasting an in-deck elevated pool and an elevator to all floors, this home is great for the young and the young at heart.  With five oceanfront bedrooms, four of which are master suites with walk-in tile showers, everyone can have a taste of the good life with the fabulous ocean views during the day and falling asleep to the gentle sound of the waves rolling onto shore at night.  The fifth oceanfront bedroom also features its dedicated bathroom, located across the hall.  There are two additional bedrooms on the street side.  Featuring two family rooms, this home provides ample space to spread out and enjoy time with family and friends without feeling cramped.

The entire first level of this home is a common, open space with high ceilings, making it feel spacious and a great place to gather with a large group.  Some can go to the 2nd-level family room (with a refrigerator) to watch a movie or plug in your gaming system.  Also on the 2nd level are two of the four master suites.  The 3rd level is where you'll find the other two master suites and an additional oceanfront bedroom with its dedicated bathroom.  All three levels of access have both covered and open-to-the-sun decks with amazing and endless ocean views.

With parking for eight cars and its twin sister house, Beach Landing Too, right next door, this house is especially convenient for large groups who wish to be near one another.  As an event venue, Beach Landing is the perfect place to host a beach wedding, reunion, birthday party, or anniversary celebration (additional fees apply for events).  Before this highly sought-after property is taken, make your "landing" at Beach Landing today!  See you soon!

The house was awesome and we are renting it again next year. The mattresses in both bunk rooms are in desperate need of replacing as the springs are poking up through the mattresses.

Our combined families are large enough that we rented two properties from you, Beach Landing and Beach Landing 2. We had a terrific week! There was only one issue we ran into - splinters. Between the two cottages we had 5 or 6 issues where someone got a splinter in their foot. Is there anything that can be done on the deck around the pools to help with this? Thanks! I have been extremely impressed with Better Beach Rentals. I have had Maintenance issues the last 2 years and your company responded quickly and worked tirelessly until they were fixed. I appreciate that above almost anything else, and hope that attitude continues. I have no reason to change companies at this point at all, and lots of reasons to stay with you!

This is our second year in a row at this property, hoping to make it 3 next year. Only complaint was the water bugs.

This property was wonderful for our group! The house was clean, well-stocked, great access to the beach and island amenities, and had a plethora of porch furniture which is always a plus. We had a great time and will be back!
