The extended pool deck allows you to feel the ocean breezes, easily hear the waves crash onto the shore, and make you feel like you are floating on the ocean while relaxing in your private pool just off the first living level.  You can also experience unique, expansive ocean views from the pool deck.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen allow the entire family to participate in the conversation while they overlook the ocean, decks, and elevated pool.  There are also window coverings throughout this home for added privacy.  Four of the bedrooms are suites with private baths, and three of the suites have large tile showers.  The bedrooms are furnished with beds for all types of families, including 4 king-size, 1 queen-size, 1 bunk bed (twin over twin), and 3 full-size bunk beds to accommodate many children.  Bedroom 6 and bedroom 7 each have 2 bunk beds, set up to sleep 8 in one room and 6 in the other.

There is a very spacious kitchen, a large flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms. The large oceanfront decks ultimately expand your living space, allowing everyone to spread out and enjoy the scenic views of Oak Island. This home also features an outdoor shower, 2 charcoal grills, wireless internet, expanded HD cable, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and extended ocean views.

This property was well maintained. Normally we always see a bug or two and we saw no signs of pests. The house was clean and everything was great. The only thing I can think of is that the elevator had a very, bad smell in it. I'm not sure why, bit that's the only thing I can think of. This house has been one of our favorites and we hope to rent again. Thank you! Lastly, the new feature of having shampoo, conditioner and lotion was great. I recommend continuing this.
