Beautiful house! We had an issue with the elevator but maintenance was at the house with in an hour and quickly fixed the issue. Having the golf cart was a great perk!

We loved the space. We would recommend equalizing the kitchen provisions between the home and sister home next door. The home next door had several nice size cutting boards. We did not. They had a large baking dish and we felt a little under appointed when it came to cooking in our space. That was the only issue we had. The instant pot was very helpful. Good knives (important!). The check in and check out felt easy. Responsive service when we had an ac issue. We had a great time! LOVED Oak Island.

We had the best time in this home. Proximity to beach and stores is great! The beds are very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the pool pump and heater. The staff would come out to reset it and it would cut the heater out. They said it is a WiFi issue. We would stay here again.

My wife asked me to reserve it for nest year. "I really like the house!"I got zero complaints from the other 15 family members.Big pluses:You can see the ocean while getting a great breeze from the deck.A great pool.A short walk to the beach; there was always room to put up our stuff.The beach was perfect. There was a person that came by in a 4 wheeler around every hour checking on things. There were several food carts coming by.The house was clean.The air conditioning worked well.The elevator was a huge plus. It worked perfectly.The house was designed by a long time beach person. Compliments!

We loved this property! The location and view of the ocean was amazing! There was plenty of room for all 6 families and we loved having the pool for the kids! There was plenty of parking for our cars and the outdoor shower was a great plus. The only negative comment I heard from others during our stay was the water temperature was inconsistent, it would change from hot to cold and back during showers the whole stay. Overall a great experience and a beautiful house, we'd definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was very clean and the view was amazing. The only thing we came across was the water in the showers. The water would get hot and then very cold and then back hot again so very inconsistent.
