With eight king-bedroom suites, everyone will feel like royalty while relaxing in complete southern charm. An unprecedented seven of the king-bedroom suites have direct ocean views. The kids are not forgotten; the bunk rooms are super fun, with multiple beds in both rooms. There is even a unique family suite with a twin loft bed over a king. This home has an oversized chef's kitchen with double everything - double convection ranges, double convection microwaves, double dishwashers, and double refrigerators with ice makers.

Dining in Suite Southern Charm will be like no other experience as you are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass allowing you to soak in the endless ocean views. Relax in the spacious family gathering room with oversized reclining couches and comfortable chairs. Don't forget to spend time on one of the oversized covered porches and experience ocean breezes whisking through your hair and breathing in the healing salt air. For those who want to be able to separate while you are still together, there is another family gathering room just off the pool deck on the first level equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker. Don't forget to bring your feast to prepare on the double charcoal grills. This year was our second year in this house. Ten rooms, a bathroom for every room, ocean front with breezy, covered porches, and enough parking for the 7 or so cars we had. The pool was great, but our favorite part is the wonderful view. Would definitely recommend this one for a large group.

We had a wonderful time!!! The property is beautiful! The Beach Rental staff were prompt and pleasant. The only downside please have everything needed, from confirmation to exit code, on one printable document. We would like the same house available by Better Beach Rentals closer to the outlet malls.

Suite Southern Charm is the perfect house for a large group. There are 10 nicely decorated bedrooms, each complete with their own bathroom. The kitchen is well-appointed, with plenty of utensils, cutlery, cookware, appliances, and specialty items. We enjoyed hanging out together in the large, comfortable family room/kitchen. The views are amazing, and they are visible from several rooms of the house. The location is great - close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is ocean front, with a pool and a hot tub. What more could you ask for on a beach vacation?

What a great view! This house has been excellent. A few things could be tweaked (like adding blinds to the upper floor, a side chair in each room that has space for it), but it has lots of equipment for cooking, two stoves, two ranges, two dishwashers, a bathroom for every room, a spacious top floor, an easy access to the turtles waiting to hatch just over the dune. Plenty of room for our 21 guests at all meals, a huge TV, all porches covered, swimming pool, the wifi works well--basically the nicest house we've stayed in. Definitely want these 10 bedrooms again.

This home is geared more towards heads in beds rather than gathering areas.The only tables to sit at are in the kitchen. The 2nd table in the kitchen cannot be fully utilized due to the sofa placement. It would have been nice to have a table by the pool.The furniture in several of the bedrooms does not function well. Some rooms have no dresser or space to put personal belongings.The double bunk room is a joke. It's one of the smallest bathrooms for the most people.Small closet, too. This room should not sleep so many guests.I says this at every house: HOOKS HOOKS HOOKSBeach towels, bath towels, etc
