We loved the improvements around the pool. We wish there were a couple more chairs in the living room. A house for that many people and only 6 places to sit comfortably indoors seems odd.Kitchen was well stocked. Love the light and the pool and the elevator.

No problems. Great vacation. Not sure the pool man came during our stay. We vacuumed the pool. Looking forward to next year! We appreciate having first choice for the same week next year; and the timely emails from BBR regarding our stay!

Great house for a family vacation! Nothing beats having the ocean across the street and the dock to fish/kayak. House is well maintained and stocked. We have been renting this house every year since 2017 and will continue!

Generally we love the house. And major thank you to your housekeeping staff for finding and mailing my prescriptions to me. A lifesaver, literally! Because you asked Specifically: 1. Queen bedrooms need bedside tables and lamps. Very annoying. 2. Blinds in master near kitchen are broken and cannot be adjusted. 3. Bunks in middle bedroom are VERY difficult to make up because ladders will not move 4. Thank you for repairing the other bunk room. 5. Pool chaise lounge is broken and unusable. (We love the shady pool!)

No power or water at the dock was my only real complaint for this house. We ended up purchasing over 200 ft of hose & 200 ft of extension cord. I needed this to keep boat clean & flushed and to run trickle charger for boat batteries. We loved the house and the location and will be renting again. I left 100 ft of hose there, so hopefully it will be there next year. Great trip! Great vacation!
