The property was great! The space was perfect for our large family group (17 adults, 3 teens/tweens, 3 toddlers)! Please be aware that the description says there is a half bath on the 2nd floor, there is not one. But since each bedroom has it's own bathroom, the 2nd floor half bath is not needed! The kitchen was well stocked! The location is great as it is very close to both grocery stores! We look forward to staying at Aquila East again next year!

Aquila East met all of our needs! It was enough space for the 20 adults/tweens and 3 toddlers that we did not feel we were getting in the way of others. It was great having a washer and dryer on each level and accommodated the large group. Having the double appliances in the kitchen was very helpful for our large group! And there was plenty of cabinet space that we could organize supplies very well! We definitely would recommend this house to other large families!
