Rental company was responsive to call about wifi and prompt in providing trash can outside. An easy suggestion to make home more assessable to left side stroke victim would be to add a handrail on the other side of the porch steps and a grab bar in shower. Our guest made out but those would have made it easier and safer.

Very cutely decorated and clean upon arrival. Had 95% of anything I could need as far as equipment. The beach cart should probably be replaced since the wheels look like they're coming to pieces. I did not use it due to the risk of it falling apart on the walk to and from the beach. Would definitely stay in this home again, but it's a little farther from the beach than I prefer. I give it a five star rating.

Great property. Very clean and updated in a quiet neighborhood.The instructions around the towel/linens process was a little confusing as we had a red and black bag but nothing was noted as to separate towels from linens. It would be nice to also have both king sized beds made instead of just the one. Including 2 dish washer pods to your complementary kitchen items would be a plus. Most rental agencies in other beach destinations include those. Also some instructions regarding outside trash cans and any renter responsibilities in moving those to the curbside were not listed anywhere. Ours still had refuse in them upon arrival. Many flies were prevalent around them.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The shaded backyard was perfect for our fur babies. The home itself had every amenity including comfortable beds and couch! We would definitely stay here again.
