Featured on HGTVs Beach Hunters show in June 2018 will take your vacation to another level. This spectacular new oceanfront home in Kings Lynn features a private ocean-side pool, a hot tub overlooking the ocean, and 4 covered decks! This 6-bedroom, 3 -bath home is perched upon some of the most desirable oceanfront properties around one end of the property touches the beach and the other end the inland waterway- featuring undisturbed rolling dunes unmatched anywhere on the East Coast. Catch breathtaking views of the ocean, sound, and/or inlet from every room in the home, further enhanced by the inverted floor plan.

The home boasts a large kitchen with a spacious island, featuring granite and stainless steel appliances (including an ice maker). There is plenty of space to maneuver while the chef prepares the perfect meal. The kitchen opens to the dining area and family room, allowing everyone to be part of the conversation. This open space offers a stunning view of the water through each of the enormous windows, and the light bounces off the beautiful hardwood floors. Just off the family room, you will enjoy one of the four covered decks, and both ocean-side decks run the entire width of the house. This will be the perfect place to grab your favorite book, a rocking chair and sink out of the reality of life while feeling the ocean breeze whisk through your hair. Next to the family room, you will find the master bedroom suite, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. This suite has its own bath with a double vanity and huge tile shower. Just off the kitchen, there is another covered deck overlooking the sound, ICW, and Lockwood Folly Inlet. This deck is a perfect getaway from the rest of the family. You can sit back, overlook all the water, and relax.

First floor - 2 oceanfront bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Down the hall, you will find 2 more bedrooms that face the sound. The final bedroom is located on the east side, in the middle of the hallway, with a view of the ocean and the sound. You will also find 2 more covered decks on the lower level - each looking out over the water, across the rolling dunes, great scenery for nature and bird watchers. Youll also find the 5-person hot tub on the deck overlooking the Atlantic.

This state-of-the-art house is full of cool electronics Wi-Fi and smart TVs in every bedroom

Ground Level - Sparkling oceanfront pool with plenty of room to splash around as well as lounge around and take in the sun. There is a park-style charcoal grill for your outdoor cooking needs. This home also includes 2 ocean kayaks and 2 paddle boards for all those adventurous types.
This area of Kings Lynn is a favorite to locals – just steps away from "The Point," which is the water playground of Oak Island. You will see kite boarding, wind surfing, jet skiing, kayaking, sail boating, motor boating, paddle-boarding and much more. It is also a favorite for fishermen and shell seekers. If you don't have a jet ski, no worries - just down the street at West Beach and 57th, you will find jet ski and kayak rentals at Blue Water Point Marina. If you have your own boat or jet ski, there is a public boat ramp here as well. Also at Bluewater Point is home to perhaps the best seafood restaurant in the county - "The Fish House.”
Oak Island is also home to golf, shopping, surf shops, public basketball courts, public tennis courts, a public skate park, parks, fishing piers, ice cream shops, and much more. It is a family-friendly beach that is as peaceful as can be. Be sure to look out over the inlet at low tide to see the Civil War ship's smokestack cresting through the ocean waves. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely love the stay at the point again. We would consider staying in the same property again but it would be difficult as our family is growing and we really need another bathroom and likely bedroom.

Love coming to this property...you guys got on all the issues quickly, appreciate that!1) pool was green when we arrived2) ant infestation3) plumbing issues4) doors are hard to close- do not stay shut5) hot tub out of order, I think we should have been told this before our arrival

We loved our vacation. We loved the views of the ocean from one side of the house and the views of the intracoastal from the other. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. We all loved cooking and hanging out in the HUGE kitchen. We loved having the kayaks and paddle boards for use, too. We loved beach days and we loved pool evenings. And the sunsets from this home are jaw-dropping. We can't wait to go back next year.
