Picnic/eating area with a gas grill and a picnic table to relax while grilling out. Non-smoking home, smoking only outside on the ground level (not on decks). Overall

The home was clean and well prepared for us. The photos had given us a realistic representation of the home. Due to Hurricane Debby we cut our time way short therefore didn't have a chance to fully enjoy the home such as using the grill or assessing how the location worked for us. Grab bars beside the toilet and tub/shower in the main floor bathroom would be an inexpensive improvement and would be a welcome addition to guests like me. Also we had a maintenance request about 9:00 our first night there. The smoke alarm began beeping and was very annoying. We didn't want to try to sleep with that going on so we made an emergency call. The repairman was there in less than 30 minutes and cheerfully took care of the issue. That was a real plus. The alarmsIn this house are hard wired so it wasn't just a matter of changing batteries.
