We loved the property, we enjoy staying at Southern Shores, close to everything and we can walk to the stores. Very convenient location, we love the units not a big place. The rental agent was very very helpful. Kristen helped us tremendously. We could not come the day we were supposed to due to Hurricane Helene. We live in Haywood County, NC and our town was destroyed along with all of WNC. The damage was devastating. Kristen and the staff donated supplies, food, clothing etc for the victims of the storm. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion and generosity that we and all of WNC were shown.

- Wifi was slow. - In many/all units that we have stayed at in the past, there was a binder with check in and out instructions, useful tips and local attraction and restaurant recommendations. We missed having that in this unit. - Communication was great!- We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Thank you! I would recommend Better Beach Rentals but would share both the good features and areas for improvement in my recommendation to a friend.
