You will find yourself leaning back while the Pelicans fly by, the ocean breezes whisk through your hair, and the sounds of the waves crashing help drift you off to sleep. With 6 bedrooms, you have room to bring the kids and grand kids; maybe even the neighbor's kids. The master in on the main floor and with its own bath. This home is conveniently located just before the Ocean Crest Pier and the Island Way Restaurant. Take an afternoon stroll down the beach to the pier to see what the catch of the day is or pack your poles and wet a hook to bring back dinner. Also, at the marina, you can rent a boat, jet skis, or kayaks. This is also home to one of the best seafood restaurants in the county, The Fish House, so make sure that you visit it for a spectacular dinning experience. While on Oak Island, visit the Oak Island lighthouse and drive through the civil war fort, Ft. Caswell. If golf is on your mind, there is a great course on the island at Oak Island Golf Course. Also, there are plenty of near by golf courses in Brunswick County so you can play a different one every day. Oak Island is minutes away from Historic Southport where you will find plenty of unique shops, antique shops, restaurants, ice cream, history, and more. If you want to take day trips to Myrtle Beach or Wilmington while you are here, they are only a short drive up and down the beach. When you come to "Shore Enuff" you will find yourself wanting to stay another day.

This house meets our needs perfectly. We love the pool. Despite what the amenities states there are not TVs in all the bedrooms but that was only a slight inconvenience.

The heated pool was fantastic.Loved the location of this house as it was close to several restaurants and the pier.Getting up to the house from the back would have been better if there was more of a walkway to the back steps.

I feel that there were some punch list items that could be addressed. We were missing hooks in the bathroom, the grill was in bad shape, the table on the deck is very rusted. Overall, none of this really affected our stay, the space inside was good and the kitchen was very well stocked with great appliances. The outdoor space was great and the location and view were perfect. I think there are just detail items that could be updated and tended to.
