We were very pleased with the service from better beach rental. Our condo was amazing. The only thing we were very disappointed in was that the hot tub and pool for the pool was running, but the hot tub didn't work. We spoke to you a better beach you checked into it, but it was never in use our whole week that it's a one thing we wanted when we came for my husband to use the hot tub in the pool so next time, we will definitely try to find a place that has a working hot tub.

The condo was very clean. It had all the items we needed. The location was convenient to the Koko Cabana. Not much of view from the room but that was ok for a short trip. Service with Berter Beach Rentals was fabulous.

We loved this property! Well furnished. Clean. Convenient to the beach, pier and coffee shop. We did note some water damage around master bedroom window. The designated beach path for these units needs clearing. We would definitely return!

This was our first vacation on Oak Island and it met all of our expectations. Rock and reel was perfect for our family . Everything from the condo to the beach amazing.
