The staff at BBR is very responsive and kept us informed of check in and check out details. The house is a beautiful property. We own a home on Oak Island so we understand what it takes to keep a rental appealing. No Worries is a really nice find for a large family. We called for maintenance on a slow drain and they came within an hour and it was fixed. A couple things need attention which I sent in an email to Heathet. Both doors to the decks are almost impossible to use. We rented last year and the doors were the same then. We would've liked to use the decks more because the weather was not good for the beach. The pool has been a real plus but again, with a storm most of the week,the motor was turned off and the pool became unusable until 5 pm on Friday before our Saturday morning checkout. I understand that that was unavoidable but I would have appreciated some monetary refund for a few days of no pool usage, even if the contract says there's no guarantee. Pots and silverware are sorely lacking and we had to go to our beach home that we own for many items. That was surprising to not have even one large pot. We have already reserved for next year and I hope some of these items have improved.

This was our extended family's first time in this home although we have vacationed on Oak Island for over 40 years. The bedrooms are roomy, bathrooms spacious, and the 3rd floor kitchen and living room have a wide view of the Atlantic Ocean. An elevator made luggage and grocery deliveries a breeze! What a luxury! Then there's the pool ! Refreshing swimming and lounging after a day on the sand and surf! We will be returning!
