The home itself is great , i didn't like not having an elevator and steps only but that's the least of the issues , with the rain waters and the carport flooding , we had to walk thru either side of the steps in water to get to the car , the neighbors were nice enough to allow us to park in their driveway

apologies for the delay in responding....typical busy week once we got home: BBR kept us well informed from the time that we booked until we arrived and after. The door code system was easy and we appreciate being let in a few minutes before 4pm as we stopped on the island to get refrigerator groceries. When we called the office, both people that we spoke with were polite, professional and helpful.
