This home is charismatic and ideally located on Southern side of Oak Island to provide a direct beach access. The home has a spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms each with their own private bath. Enjoy the tank-less hot water heater, metal roof and exterior trek flooring.

There are hardwoods and tile with granite counter-tops on the cabinets. The island has boat launches, a golf course, restaurants, put-put golf, kayak and golf cart rentals, picnic areas, trails, skateboard park, splash pad park, shopping and plenty of access to the beach front for building sand castles and relaxing in the sun. Don't forget about the closeness to the Oak Island Bridge and Southport.

You will want to spend some of your time here exploring the very quaint town of Southport. If Golf is on your agenda, we can take care of that as well. With many top courses very close by, these courses will challenge even the scratch golfers. We look forward to having you visit us here for you to have a vacation to remember.Once in Southport, you can take a Ferry either to beautiful Bald Head Island for a day trip or a Ferry to Ft. Fisher and visit the aquarium. The North Carolina Battleship is a favorite destination in nearby downtown Wilmington and Myrtle Beach is just South for even more to do.

This is a beautiful home with spacious rooms and decks with plenty of space for a family to spread out. It would comfortably house 4 couples. The decor is simple and nice, uncluttered. The large kitchen provides ample counter and cabinet space and is well equipped (an air fryer and crock pot would be nice additions). It would be helpful for the listing to state that three bedrooms (2Q,1K) are on the lower floor while the 4th bedroom (K) and the study (with sleeper sofa) are located on the upper level with the kitchen, living, dining areas. A lower queen bedroom opens onto a screened porch. All other bedrooms open onto decks. The fenced backyard is great for children. This location is quiet with little traffic. The walk to the beach access is very short and easy even for young children.

We LOVE this house...our 4th stay here! The only thing that will keep us from booking it again are the mattresses on the king beds. They really really need to be replaced. I did let the guy at the front desk know that the ice maker needed to be fixed. Other than those two things, our stay was fantastic!

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and has easy access to the beach. The only issues we had were that the website listed that the property was keyless entry (it wasn't), and had a dvd player (no DVD players). Otherwise the house was beautiful!

My family and I stayed for a week at this beautiful home. Everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was phenomenal, the beds were very comfortable and the walk to the beach was very short.
