Overall

The best part of this property is the screen porch and beautiful trees. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dog. The neighborhood is charming and quiet with an easy walk to the beach. The location is perfect for getting to local restaurants, shopping, and nearby Southport. The kitchen is well stocked for meals in. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay, however in the living room, we would change the sofas to ones not so low to the floor and add a coffee table.

The location and property were fantastic. Highly enjoyed the stay thanks to the fully equipped kitchen with nice equipment, extras in the garage and cleanliness of the property. The screened in porch was wonderful to enjoy with comfortable furniture. Appreciated that there was no additional pet fee. Would book again.The multiple emails made check in slightly confusing, but once able to utilize Dack app it was simplified. Appreciated the high level of communication.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. My wife and I have a two young kids, a 2 year old girl, and a boy who turned 1 during our stay. The pictures did not do the property justice. The amenities were top notch. The fact we had access to beach chairs, a wagon, work-out equipment, linens, and other items was unmatched. The communication with Better Beach was fantastic! We would 100% rent through them again and stay at this property.

Overall

This house was absolutely perfect! Quiet street tucked away yet so close you could still hear the ocean. The home was well stocked, comfortable, clean and inviting. We loved having a fenced in yard for the dogs and the garage/ workout room was amazing! It was very hard to leave and come back to reality. This is absolutely a place we would love to come back to again.
