The private pool has an outside shower, charcoal grill, and large concrete patio area perfect for entertaining.  Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have Queen beds, Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin over full bunks, Bedroom 5 has a Twin over twin trundle and a Lazyboy twin sleeper.  There is plenty of outdoor seating (chaise lounges, chairs, rockers, side tables, dining table to enjoy the view on the decks and relax around the pool.

The large kitchen has all amenities including granite counter tops, a Keurig, large eating bar and separate large dining table ideal for enjoying cooking and meals. Stunning private Master suite has big walk-in tile shower.

BEAUTIFUL!! Gods paintings are extra beautiful in Oak Island! We enjoyed wonderful weather and made many memories during our time. Fall Break 2024 was a special trip of relaxing and enjoying our family time! Heas By The Sea is a wonderful house with marvelous views! Thanks for sharing your home!

The house is very nice and well maintained. The only issue we had was the refrigerator wasn't cold enough to keep food from spoiling. We lost the majority of our produce due to rotting. We definitely recommend this property and the management team was absolutely awesome to work with!

Great house with a pool, right on the beach & loved the extended deck/lookout. Also, great location with quick & easy access to both Publix, Food Lion & restaurants. The one negative was the lack of some kitchen items like cookie sheets & large serving platters.

Great property with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view of the ocean! Everything was clean when we arrived and we had no issues with the property. Better Beach Rentals was easy to work with especially when we arrived early in check-in day. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
