The interior staircase/loft balusters are not child friendly. A child could easily fall through which was a constant headache for us with multiple toddlers. Another baluster needs to be added between the exiting ones. Adding a small black iron rod would be easy and cheap and would look fine.The deck needs a coat of paint. A new dishwasher is needed…unless the dishes are completely scraped cleaned, they come out with food still on them. We found food from the last guests stuck to the plates and bowls when we first tried to make dinner. The dishwasher is also falling out of the cabinetry. The kitchen was very well equipped! The coffee bar was awesome! Both a Keurig and drip pot were just what we wanted. Loved the unique coffee cups (helps to keep each person’s separate) and every dish/tool we wanted, we found. Awesome. The extra supplied beach chairs were super handy. Loved the lack of clutter inside.

Hi. We enjoyed our two weeks. As the house is for sale, I would let the owner know that the large windows in the living room (closest to the sofa) leaked on the day we had very heavy rains. While the house is lovely, and oceanfront is very nice, the bathtub/shower areas are very dated and need updated.
