additional seating around the pool, like a couple or pair of lounge chairs would be great-for the non-swimmers or parents watching the kids swim. Just a suggestion.

Flip Flops and Flamingos is a beautiful house. Some lounge chairs in the pool area would be nice. Also some new pots and pans in the kitchen would be helpful. We always enjoy our time at Oak Island.
