This house was perfect for our entire family, including our dog! The kids enjoyed endless hours by the pool, the house was in perfect condition and we enjoyed spending easy morning with hot coffee on the porch. The location was perfect to the beach and amazing food!

House was in nice shape. Some minor items could be repaired, like the light in the oven, and light over the stove need replacing as they didn't work. One of the pool umbrellas was broken and needs replacing. Overall, great, well stocked rental house, just in need of some upkeep like trimming of bushes around pool deck that are overgrowing in to areas where you would put chairs, painting etc. Some areas of the deck, porch, and stairs had nails popping out that need to be fixed so someone doesn't step on them and injure themselves.We are looking forward to our stay again next year!
