Wonderful house

Overall

This house was wonderful and very clean! We absolutely loved the new porch and outdoor furniture. It was so nice to sit on during the day (we could choose shade or to sit in the sun) and at night to visit, see the moon and listen to the waves. Your private entrance to the beach is right off the deck. Yay! Outdoor shower was a plus for us. Plenty of parking, covered and uncovered. Kitchen was fully furnished and even found a fully stocked tool box if needed. The smart tvs were nice and they have a Bluetooth speaker we used. The house is very “sound proof”. We could not hear any outdoor noise nor could you hear anyone if you were in your bedroom with the door shut. This is VERY nice when you have some people sleeping while others were up. The app we were given to download had a WiFi login and password which matched a sign inside the house but that wasn’t the correct Wifi info. The network was different and the password was on chalkboard beside the kitchen table. No big deal but glad we were able to figure it out.A few cons (may not be cons for everyone)~The house sways side to side. You can feel it when people are walking in the house and if the wind is blowing during a storm. I felt it especially lying in bed. ~The thermostat is locked so you can’t go below 73. During the day, that was fine but at night, we would wake up hot. Had to keep the bedroom doors open to keep it cooler. They have ceiling fans in all the rooms but we travel with fans and needed to use those at night to help stay cool.

Was clean and very accomadating!! The front porch was very nice with oceanview! Kitchen was furnished with anything we needed. Area seemed safe. Enjoyed fishing!
