FINE AND SANDY - 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, Sleeps 8

Beautifully decorated, light and airy beach cottage. Covered front porch on the front and a deck on the back of the home with Outside shower H/C. Home is centrally located in an area close to the beach, shops, restaurants, golf, a pier, ice cream shops, parks and nature trails, mini golf an arcade, night life and a grocery store.
You may park your boat in the yard if you need to and we have multiple ramps nearby to launch your boat. Your furry friends are allowed and there is a charcoal grill to grill out and hang around in the backyard with your friends and family after a long day at the beach.
This home is not far from Southport and it's fishing village feel with shops and restaurants on the water. Our a quick ferry ride over to Ft. Fisher and the Aquarium. There is also a ferry to prestigious and breathtaking Balk Head Island.

The location is wonderful! It was such an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed having the charcoal grill available and the outdoor shower. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed. Autumn was really wonderful to communicate with! We needed to adjust our reservation days and she was so kind and helpful. I really appreciated her! The additional cleaning staff that came out quickly in response to the dirty floors were also very kind!

The house was perfect for us, everything was very clean and in order. Better Beach Rental did an outstanding job setting everything up and keeping us up to date about the vacation and what was included. I could not be happier with the way it all turned out. I will definitely look to rent from them again. Thanks for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the home and wished that we could have stayed longer! The only thing we would suggest would be to install either curtains or black-out blinds in the downstairs bedroom. We are currently planning our stay for next year!

The property overall was great. Close to the beach, clean, and well maintained. The few amenities that I might add to put it over the top would be adding a steamer pot with a steamer basket to the kitchen. We luckily were able to purchase one to cook the seafood we bought daily. Last, if there was a way to add a small fire pit in the back yard that would have been icing on the cake.
