3 Bedroom 2.5 bath.  Beautifully decorated, light and airy beach cottage.  Covered front porch on the front and a deck on the back of the home with Outside shower H/C.  Completely renovated 2019.  Newly painted inside and out, new furniture, luxury vinyl  plank and tile for flooring, new stainless steel appliances offer this home the WOW factor.  Home is centrally located in an area close to the beach, shops, restaurants, golf, a pier, ice cream shops, parks and nature trails, mini golf an arcade, night life and a grocery store.  You may park your boat in the yard if you need to and we have multiple ramps nearby to launch your boat.  Your furry friends are allowed and there is a charcoal grill to grill out and hang around in the backyard with your friends and family after a long day at the beach.  This home is not far from Southport and it's fishing village feel with shops and restaurants on the water.  Our a quick ferry ride over to Ft. Fisher and the Aquarium.  There is also a ferry to prestigious and breathtaking Balk Head Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the home and wished that we could have stayed longer! The only thing we would suggest would be to install either curtains or black-out blinds in the downstairs bedroom. We are currently planning our stay for next year!

The property overall was great. Close to the beach, clean, and well maintained. The few amenities that I might add to put it over the top would be adding a steamer pot with a steamer basket to the kitchen. We luckily were able to purchase one to cook the seafood we bought daily. Last, if there was a way to add a small fire pit in the back yard that would have been icing on the cake.

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fine and Sandy. The house was clean and comfy, plus it was beautifully decorated, especially for the beach. Better Beach Rentals did a great job too on communicating promptly and professionally. Thanks for a great vacation!!
