Overall

Very, very nice upstairs condo right on N. Howe and furnished with just about everything you need. As clean as any rental I've ever been in. Wi-fi was very dependable, nice big tv in the living room, comfy couch. The stairs are quite steep, but doable even if you're a bit older like us. The ground floor entry shares a small foyer with the commercial kitchen of the unit next door. The restaurant (when we were there) was only open 4 days a week so it wasn't an annoyance. You will hear noise, but it was actually kind of nice knowing people were around. Back parking lot is well lit at night. Includes washer & dryer (linens were not replace during our extended stay - you have to wash them), hair dryer, coffee makers, all kinds of kitchen appliances. As far as BBR - we were not notified that the unit was ready for arrival so we finally entered on our own at 9:00 pm - a bit aggravating. The maintenance response was amazing - never seen that kind of rapid and cordial response for a rental. I'd def rent this unit again.

Nice apt and spacious. Was very clean. I would only suggest to leave more than one towel per guest. We had to wash towels every day for the next day.

The apartment was open and spacious! Enjoyed walking to the shops, restaurants and ocean. Parking was tight, glad we drove our smaller vehicle. The noise from downstairs was loud but fortunately they were finished by 9pm in the evening and were closed early in the wk a couple days. All in all it was a great stay. We wld love to stay again.

We had the most incredible time! Beautiful condo and in the perfect location. We will be back! The unit couldve been a little cleaner but nothing terrible. We loved the place! Very quick to respond and overall a great experience!

The condo is so beyond beautiful and well decorated down to the little details in the property. The homeowners really took their time remolding this property! Not to mention the homeowners themselves are truly wonderful!

Everything was GREAT! The only thing I would say, is we were told our property was not ready at check-in time (4:00 P) and we would be notified when our property was ready. We were told it would be no later than 6:00 P. We were never notified so we went in ourselves around 6:30 P.
