Have been renting from BBR for years now and absolutely the best rental company to deal with!! The only issue we had last year and this year, upon arrival at Beachslapped, the smell from the trash cans was so bad we couldnt stay outside or even by the pool. Both cans were full to the top. So last year and this year I watched for the garbage truck and had them dump both cans since previous renters put trash in recycle as well. Then I washed cans so the smell wasnt so bad. This isnt a BBR issue, its just timing of trash pick up and check out, upon check out everything goes the bins so next renter has no room for trash for a couple days. Not complaining just a comment on the property. Thanks for being a great business to deal with!!

Super clean rental. Had everything we needed i. terms of kitchen. Communication is poor though we called twice and left voicemails regarding the pool and no one called back. beds are extremely uncomfortable.
