7 HAPPY CLAMS - This beautiful home is the answer to all your cravings for peace, quiet, serenity, and happiness. Located in the quiet wooded area of Oak Island, but still very close to the beach and all the wonderful activities and great restaurants the island and surrounding towns have to offer. Surrounded by gorgeous trees, you can start your mornings out slow on the relaxing screened porch with your favorite cup of coffee as the ocean breezes rustle gently through the trees and breathe in the healing salt air. Inside, you will continue to feel a sense of calm as you take in the soothingly decorated beach theme throughout the home. With the open-concept floor plan, everyone can be together, even as the chef in the family whips up a special meal. The master bedroom suite is very spacious and offers a whirlpool tub in the private bath so you can relax your cares away. There are also two guest bedrooms - one a bunk bedroom, perfect for the kids - the other offering a queen and a twin single, perfect for a small family or teenagers. Don't forget about the large fenced backyard where you can grill out your catch from a day of fishing at the beach or visit one of the local fresh seafood markets to grab your dinner! We are also 7 happy clams! We've enjoyed a wonderful week here at OKI. The pool was amazinggg! Although we didn't find any shark teeth we found lots of beautiful shells

We LOVED this house!!! This was my first full week vacation in 6 years & I chose it because we had a blast. I love how clean the house was, how it was decorated, all of the sitting area's & it was equipped with everything that we needed. It was a true vacation for my family, that was past due.

We are a group of friends from Venezuela, this is our 2nd time coming to this house & we love being at the beach! Memorial Day weekend is our yearly trip together to start the beach season. We really enjoyed our time at your home. You have built a lovely place to relax with all the necessities. Our favorite spot was the pool area with the fire pit.

Our family of 4 had the most amazing week at 7 Happy Clams! Pool was perfect size and temperature. Sitting area in the shaded areas beneath the pool were great for evening swims for the kids and relaxing for parents. Golf Cart made the week perfect with a short commute to the beach everyday! Beds were very nice, home was very clean and well kept. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful beach week!

Overall the property was very good. The golf cart was not included, but I would have liked to see it included at a reasonable price since it is there and available. This is the second time we have rented this property and the first time it was included. We will check Better Beach Rentals first when we rent on OI again.

This house was great. Nicely decorated and everything we needed in the kitchen for a week of meals. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach easy. The only thing I would add is if the owners allow the use of golf cart and the items in the shed. It would make it easier for renters if those keys were made available upon checking. Since the house has keyless entry it wouldve saved a trip to the rental office in the beginning and end of the stay.
